Content provided in any coaching/strategy session is not legal advice nor advise from human resources and client should consult when and if there are questions arising from topics or actions discussed. Strategic coaching is not a therapy or mental health service. It is the sole responsibility of client to determine which actions to implement and not. 

Pulsehive will work to ensure complete delivery of services as described and remedy with clients within the scope of the stated offer. 

Refunds are not available for this offer once services are delivered. Should client need to cancel a session less than 24 hours from confirmed time, the session will be rescheduled for the full time. For recurring cancellations by client less than 24 hours from confirmed time, session time will be reduced from one hour to 40 minutes. Pulsehive will extend all reasonable opportunities to reschedule in a mutually agreeable manner.
